hey band! We are only left with 1 combine with Mr Lim, 3 sectionals and it's exchange at st Margaret already.i can see the band working hard BUT it's not the whole band.it's takes two hands to clap, and without everyone working hard how can the clap be a good one?i don't think anyone wants to embarrassed yourself in front of 12 schools?then you guys start working hard? i mean we can't always wait for the worst to happen before we really put our effort into practicing. must we really wait till we lose our faces before we start to regret not practicing hard in the first place? no right?! of course!!no one wants that to happen but you guys are not putting the effort to prevent that from happening. from what i can see now, you all do not want to be embarrass but the effort you all are putting in shows that you guys want it to happen before you learn the lesson. even if anyone of you don't mind about losing your own face spread a thought for the others. don't because of just one of you and get the whole band embarrass. band rooms will be open everyday. it's time to work really hard if you want to do well in SYF and every exchanges coming up! don't do last minute work it will really really be TOO late! i really hope those sections who hasn't been having regular sectionals start doing so before the rest of the band starts blaming you guys. i'm not gonna say out which section it is. you guys know yourself. don't you? work really hard!! don't neglect your studies too.manage time well.(: yubing
SECTION LEADER: the following week is tutor week, but sadly, the school is not open due to the cyn eve, and as the result the tutor will not be coming down until 3march. so i hope tat u guys can arrange sectional with ur tutor, ask them whether they are free to come down during the week day, just to make up that week. and as you ppl know tat the band room will be opening DAILY from feb onward, so pls arrange sectional with ur section members. as there will be night practice in the late feb, so if ur member cannot have sectional due to the extra lesson, make it in the afternoon(i mean 4+) after sectional, hav dinner tgt AS A SECTION(section bonding), then go for combine=) isnt it one stone kill two birds and pls be reminder tat the audition is on the 21feb, start memorise your set piece NOW, and of cox practice HARD for your choice piece too. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE=) for those ppl who have order band t shirt from me, pls pay up ur money($12) ASAP anyan
